Fig and Pumpkin Seed Goat Cheese Ball

Holiday cooking takes all day, so having gluten-free appetizers is a must! This gluten-free board is the best snack before the big feast! Filled with gluten free crackers, berries, apples and a delicious Fig and Pumpkin Seed Goat Cheese Ball! The perfect combination of sweet and salty, this board is sure to be a hit.

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese

  • 5 oz goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup fig preserved

  • 1/2 cup crushed pumpkin seeds

  • gluten free crackers

  • apples

  • berries


  1. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and goat cheese and mix together until smooth and combine.

  2. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on the counter and place cheese in the center. Wrap up the cheese and form into a ball shape.

  3. Place cheese on a board and add fig preserves to it, then top with pumpkin seeds.

  4. Fill in board with gluten free crackers, apples and berries and serve immediately.

  5. ENJOY!!!
