Four Cheese Pizza Dip

If you love pizza then you will love this gluten free four cheese pizza dip! This delicious, creamy dip is loaded with four different kinds of cheeses! Starting with a base of cream cheese and ricotta cheese, a layer of pizza sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan and mozzarella and then topped with pepperonis. This dip will be the perfect appetizer for any occasion or just a fun family dip for pizza night.

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 15-19 pepperonis

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Gluten Free Crackers (our go to is Breton Gluten Free Herb and Garlic)


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add mixture into a greased 10 inch skillet.

  3. Top ricotta with pizza sauce and evenly spread with a spatula.

  4. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella over the top of the pizza sauce, then top with pepperonis.

  5. Place in the over for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling around the edge.

  6. Serve with your favorite gluten free cracker.
