Gluten Free Almond Butter Cracker Sandwich

Looking for a fun and delicious after-school snacks to feed your hungry kids?! These gluten-free Almond Butter Cracker Sandwiches are the best treat! Made with two tasty Breton Gluten-Free Crackers,filled with almond butter and jelly, then dipped in chocolate! This snack is so easy and so delicious, both kids and adults won't be able to wait to dig in! ENJOY!!!

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and start prepare your crackers by laying them out.

  2. Spread desired amount of almond butter on each cracker, then spread desired amount of jelly on each cracker. Top with another cracker, creating a sandwich.

  3. Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave for 20 second increments until melted.

  4. Dip half of prepared crackers into chocolate and lay back on the parchment paper. Repeat until done.

  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 15 minutes, until chocolate hardens.
