Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Do you have a favorite dessert? I have several, but this gluten free apple crisp is definitely one of my favorites. Growing up my mom would always throw an apple crisp together when we having company or if we were just in the mood for something sweet. I've tweaked her recipe a bit, but this is still the crisp i grew up eating and love making it for my family. The deliciousness of cooked apples, coated in cinnamon and sugar, topped with the best gluten free crumble consisting of oats and walnuts. If you haven't made a crisp the main thing you need to know is it's seriously SO EASY. You can throw it together in 10 minutes and while it cooks your house will fill with the fantastic aromas of apples and cinnamon. Once baked to perfection serve warm and top with vanilla ice cream. Let me know what you think! ENJOY!
