Gluten Free BBQ Pizza

Who wants a slice, slice baby? Looking for the perfect gluten free recipe for your next pizza night? This super easy, Gluten Free BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza is just what you need! Your taste buds will explode with the classic flavors of BBQ Pulled Pork all put together on top of your favorite gluten free pizza crust!





Serves 6 Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 10 mins Total Time 20 mins


Ingredients

  • 1 premade gluten free pizza crust

  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup gluten free bbq sauce

  • 1 cup bbq pulled pork or cooked, diced chicken

  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup banana peppers

  • fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Follow directions on the pre-made pizza crust to preheat oven.

  2. Place pizza crust on pizza stone or pan and spread the bbq sauce evenly around the entire crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with meat and banana peppers. Follow directions on pizza crust to cook pizza.

  3. Once cooked slice pizza and top with fresh parsley.

  4. Serve and ENJOY!!!!
