Gluten Free Caprese Bruschetta

This gluten-free Caprese Bruschetta is so flavorful and delicious. The simple combination of mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, onions, basil and garlic on a slice of gluten-free bread, drizzled with balsamic vinegar makes for the most amazing appetizer. I hope you enjoy!

Serves 6 Prep Time 20 minutes Total Time 20 minutes


  • 3 large tomatoes diced

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls

  • 1/4 large purple onion diced

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic diced

  • bunch of fresh basil leaves chopped

  • 1 TBS olive oil

  • balsamic vinegar

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 gluten free baguette


  1. In a medium bowl mix together diced tomatoes, mozzarella, purple onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper

  2. Slice gluten free bread and place on a baking sheet under broiler for 1-2 minutes, until bread is lightly toasted, remove and cool

  3. Top gluten free bread with tomato topping, drizzle with balsamic and serve immediately

  4. ENJOY!!!!
