Gluten Free Caramel Hot Chocolate Cookies

There is nothing better than curling up on the couch on a cold winter day with nice cup of hot cocoa. That is unless you can curl up with a delicious gluten free cookie that is filled with all of the deliciousness as a cup of hot chocolate. Salted caramel, hot cocoa and melted chunks of chocolate. These cookies are absolutely delicious. Chewy around the edges and soft in the middle. You won't be able to stop at just one. Rich and decadent. The perfect holiday treat. ENJOY!

Makes 4 dozen Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 10 mins Total Time 20 mins


  • 1 cup softened butter

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 1/4 cup gluten free flour

  • 3/4 cup caramel hot chocolate mix (or plain)

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl creme together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl sift flour and hot cocoa, then add baking soda and salt.

  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry and mix well, then fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Form dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes then place on wire baking sheet to cool.

  7. ENJOY!!!!
