Gluten Free Cheeseburger Tots

Gluten free cheeseburger tots are the perfect appetizer for any occasion. These bites are tater tots, stuffed with cheeseburger and topped with pickles and special sauce. So easy and so delicious.

Serves 12 Prep Time 20 minutes Total Time 45 minutes


  • tater tots

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 4 pieces of bacon sliced

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 TBS ketchup

  • 1 TBS mustard

  • 1 TBS dill relish

  • mini dill pickles sliced

  • special sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Grease mini muffin tins and place 3 tater tots in each cavity (squish them in)

  3. Bake tater tots for 15 minutes then remove and smash center forming into little cups and set aside

  4. While tater tots are cooking brown ground beef in a medium skillet and add sliced bacon

  5. Once cooked remove from heat and add ketchup, mustard, relish, cheese, salt and pepper and mix together

  6. Add cheeseburger mix to center of each tater tot and return to oven for 10 minutes

  7. Drizzle with desired special sauce and add a couple slices of pickles

  8. ENJOY!!!!
