Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

The deliciousness of a fluffy pancake mixed with the amazing flavors of a cinnamon roll, swirled with cinnamon sugar filling and topped with a cream cheese glaze. Your taste buds will go crazy. So easy to make and SOOOO good.




Serves 10 Prep Time 15 minutes Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients


Pancakes:


Cinnamon Filling:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Cream Cheese Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup butter softened

  • 2 ounces cream cheese at room temperature

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine cinnamon filling ingredients, once everything is mixed together scoop into a ziplock bag and set aside.

  2. Prepare the cream cheese glaze my mixing together butter, cream cheese and vanilla then slowly add powdered sugar and stir until smooth.

  3. Prepare pancakes as directed on package.

  4. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Place 1/4 cup of pancake mix onto had griddle or skillet.

  5. Snip small corner of ziplock bag containing cinnamon filling and lightly squeeze into a spiral shape on top of pancake starting on the inside moving to the outside. Be sure not to get too close to the edges.

  6. Once pancake is ready to flip, flip and let cook until done.

  7. Before making more pancakes be sure to wipe up excess sugar left behind.

  8. Once pancakes are ready to eat top with cream cheese glaze and serve immediatley.

  9. ENJOY!!!!
