Gluten Free Fresh Strawberry Pie

This easy, gluten-free, fresh strawberry pie is the absolute perfect dessert for the warm months! Filled with fresh strawberries, a delicious strawberry sauce and topped with whipped cream! This gluten-free dessert is so beautiful and so delectable! Best part... IT'S SO EASY!!! You will be so happy you made it! ENJOY!!!

Serves 8 Prep Time 15 mins Chill Time 4 hours Total Time 4 hours 15 mins


  • 1 frozen gluten-free pie crust

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoons corn starch

  • 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin

  • 16 oz container of strawberries

  • whipped cream


  1. Pre-bake your gluten-free pie crust according to package.

  2. Wash strawberries, then slice into quarters and set aside.

  3. In a small sauce pan add water, sugar and corn starch and mix to combine. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat, add strawberry gelatin and let simmer until thickened. Stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and let cool.

  4. Add slices strawberries to cooled pie crust. Pour strawberry sauce evenly over the top of the strawberries.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until set.

  6. Serve cold, with whipped cream.

  7. ENJOY!!!
