Gluten Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Looking for the chewiest, most delicious gluten free cookie? Look no further than these gluten free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Makes 3 dozen Prep Time 10 min Total Time 20 min


  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free flour

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cups softened butter

  • 3/4 cups brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup raisins


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

  3. In a Large bowl cream together butter, sugars and vanilla, then add egg and mix together.

  4. Slowly add dry ingredients and milk to wet ingredients, mixing until combine, then combine oats, chocolate chips and raisins.

  5. Drop one tablespoon of dough onto cookie sheet.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, let sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire baking wrack to cool.
