Gluten Free Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

What's better than a gluten free peanut butter cookie? A gluten free peanut butter cookie with the added deliciousness of bananas and chocolate chips. These cookies will make your taste buds explode. They are so soft and chewy and SO TASTY. I hope you enjoy!

Makes 5 dozen Prep Time 15 min Total Time 30 min


  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup softened butter

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 1/2 cups gluten free flour (I use Josie's Best Muffin and More All Purpose Mix)

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 ripe banana


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

  2. With a mixer cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars and then add eggs and beat until smooth, then add banana

  3. Add baking powder, salt and gluten free flour 1/2 cup at a time until combined, then add chocolate chips mixing lightly until evenly spread through dough

  4. Form dough into walnut size balls and place on cookie sheet, then flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern

  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies begin to brown

  6. ENJOY!!!!
