Gluten Free Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Updated: May 5

All of my favorite holiday memories revolve around Christmas cookies. This recipe is a recipe handed down to us by my Great Grandmother with a gluten-free twist. I remember being a little girl and making these with my Grandma. I would love to coat them in sugar and I was so excited to put the little kiss in the center once they had finished cooking. They are so delicious and filled with amazing Christmas memories. These are definitely going to be Santa's favorite gluten-free cookie this year.
