Gluten Free Protein Balls

The best gluten free protein balls! So easy to make with only 4 ingredients and no baking required. Filled with gluten-free oats, peanut butter, honey and chocolate chips! These are the perfect make ahead recipe to keep on hand as a quick breakfast or a grab and go snack. Need them to be peanut free? Just sub the peanut butter for any other alternative. You can't go wrong with these! Hope you ENJOY!!!

Serves 30 Prep Time 10 mins Total Time 10 mins


  • 3 cups gluten free rolled oats (we use certified gluten free or purity protocol)

  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (chunky or creamy)

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir everything together until combined.

  2. Roll into 1 inch balls.

  3. Enjoy immediately or store in a gallon bag and refrigerate or freeze.

  4. Enjoy!!
