Gluten Free S'mores Rice Crispy Treats

The chewy, gooey deliciousness of a rice crispy treat combine with the best summer flavors of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers. These gluten free S'mores treats will bring you all the best part of camping right in your home. Warning... You wont be able to have just one. ENJOY!!!!



Serves 12 Prep Time 10 minutes Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients


  • 16 oz mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 6 cups gluten free chocolate crispy cereal

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 cup gluten free graham crackers

Instructions


  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.

  2. Set aside 1/2 cup marshmallows, then crush gluten free graham crackers and set aside.

  3. In a large pot melt butter and remaining marshmallows over medium heat, continuously stirring until melted.

  4. Once melted add cereal and graham crackers into pot and fold everything together, let sit for 5 minutes.

  5. Add chocolate chips and remaining marshmallow and lightly combine until evenly distributed throughout.

  6. Place rice crispies into baking dish and press down with parchment paper until top is smooth and even.

  7. Place into refrigerator to cool quickly.

  8. ENJOY!!!!
