Gluten Free Sparkling Donuts

Let's get glazy! These gluten-free sparkling donuts are the perfect treat to celebrate with. Filled with sparkling cider (or champagne if you don't want to share with the kids). They are so delicious and will fill your mouth with happiness and the delicious flavors of sparkling cider. Hope you ENJOY!!!

Makes 1 dozen Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 10 min Total Time 20 mins



  • 2 cups of gluten free flour

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1/4 cup sparkling cider or champagne

  • 3/4 cups milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons sparkling cider or champagne

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • sprinkles


  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease donut pan.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add eggs, butter, milk, cider and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Place the batter in a large baggy and cut about 1/2 inch off corner and squeeze batter into each donut cavity filling about 3/4 the way full.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan, then place on a wire rack to cool.

  6. To make glaze microwave white chocolate chips and heavy cream for 30 seconds, stir and continue heating in 20 second increments, stirring each time until melted and smooth, then add cider and powdered sugar and mix together.

  7. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and immediately add sprinkles.

  8. ENJOY!!!!
