Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Easy and delicious, gluten free, slow cooker pulled pork. So tender, juicy and flavorful with minimal effort. This is the perfect meat for a pulled pork sandwich on a gluten-free bun, a topping for pulled pork nachos, or just to eat on its own. Hope you enjoy.

Servings 8 Prep Time 10 minutes Total Time 6 hours


  • 3 pound pork shoulder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 bottle gluten free BBQ sauce


  1. Trim off any unwanted fat from pork roast and place in slow cooker with water poured on the bottom, season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic and onions.

  2. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours, until tender

  3. Remove the roast from slow cooker and stred with two forks, place back in slow cooker and pour desired BBQ sauce on top and mix in.

  4. ENJOY!!!
