Spinach Dip

This gluten free spinach dip is a family favorite. So easy and so good. This recipe comes from my Aunt Marcia and is our go to dip for all celebrations. So creamy and delicious, filled with spinach, water chestnuts, red peppers, green onions and dill creating the best flavors and crunch! Serve this cold with your favorite gluten free cracker and veggies. Hope you enjoy!



Serves 12 Prep Time 10 mins Total Time 2 hours 10 mins


Ingredients

  • 2 16 oz bags chopped frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)

  • 1 can water chestnuts

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 bunch green onions

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 16 oz sour cream

  • 1 tsp celery salt

  • 1 tsp dill


Instructions

  1. Dice water chestnuts, green onions and red pepper.

  2. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts, green onions, red pepper, celery salt and dill. Stir until combine.

  3. Stir in spinach until evenly distributed throughout dip.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at east 2 hours. for best flavor let sit overnight.

  5. Serve with gluten free cracker and veggies.

  6. ENJOY!!!
