Teriyaki Steak Kabobs

The best grilled teriyaki steak kabobs, so tender and juicy. This easy gluten free meal is a favorite in our house and the perfect addition to your grilling menu. Marinated in the best gluten free teriyaki sauce, filled with steak, pineapples, pepper and onions. So much flavor and grilled to perfection! Hope you enjoy!

Serves 4 Prep Time 15 minutes Total Time 40 minutes



  • 2 pounds top sirloin steak

  • 1 pineapple

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 orange bell pepper

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 large white onion

Teriyaki Marinade

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup gluten free soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • salt and pepper for taste


  1. In a medium sauce pan add pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Bring sauce to a boil and then turn to medium heat stirring constantly until reduced and thickened (about 20 minutes)

  2. Slice steak, pineapple, peppers and onion into 1 inch cubes and place in a gallon bag. Add the marinade to the bag and let sit for at least 2 hours.

  3. Prepare wooden skewers by soaking for 20 minutes, so they do not burn when on the grill. Load the skewers by alternating between ingredients starting with meat.

  4. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Turning frequently until nicely browned on all sides and meat is no longer pink in the center. 10-15 minutes.
